We’re looking for a Marketing Manager for Genifem — an AI-powered MarTech company based in the U.S. that helps brands grow through intelligent marketing, automation, and creative strategy.
📍 Location: Remote (Pakistan)
💼 Type: Full-Time
💰 Salary: 100k–130k PKR/month + performance bonuses
What you’ll do:
- Plan and run social media + ad campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
- Manage a small creative team (designers, video editors, interns)
- Build sales funnels and lead-generation systems
- Use AI and MarTech tools (ChatGPT, HubSpot, Jasper, etc.) to automate marketing
- Think strategically to grow clients and Genifem itself
Who we’re looking for:
- 2–4 yrs experience in marketing or growth strategy
- Strong knowledge of digital campaigns, lead gen, and reporting
- Good English, organized, creative, and results-driven
- Interest in AI-powered marketing is a huge plus!
