Marketing Manager (Full-Time | Remote or Hybrid)

As our Marketing Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our marketing operations — leading campaigns, managing creative teams, and developing strategies that generate impactful results.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads.
  • Manage and guide the content, design, and video teams.
  • Plan and execute high-performing campaigns across industries (tech, retail, food, etc.).
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum conversions.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to align marketing and sales goals.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing management (preferably in digital or B2B marketing).
  • Proven experience in lead generation and funnel optimization.
  • Strong understanding of branding, content marketing, and marketing automation tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
